Lytic Brew is an applied AI practice working across analytics and deployment. It was founded by Rui and Tremaine, who started building together in school and have been at it since.

The team is deliberately small, and we work alongside a wider network of researchers, analysts, and engineers — bringing in specialist depth where a problem calls for it.

The method does not change much from project to project. Understand what is actually known before committing anyone's resources to it, test it honestly, and build only the things that hold up outside a demonstration.
